Very friendly and informative.
Super fast response time. Technician was polite courteous and knowledgeable. He spent the entire day to install a new HVAC system. He even stayed late to clean up any mess until it looked like he hadn't even been there. He was also training a new person, and he did it in a calm and knowledgeable way. Explaining how and why everything worked.
You didn't ask but I would like to also say that I really liked the young kid who was learning, Kirk. You could see that he took this job seriously, was a self starter, asked all the right questions and was keen to learn.

Peaden has the best employees and great service. We were happy our serviceman Jacob. He was promt and very thorough at explaining the issue along with the time-frame needed to repair of our furnace.

Nico has been out to my home twice now. He is always so knowledgeable and thorough. He answers every question that I have and is very friendly and outgoing. I'm so glad that we called Peaden two years ago when our heating went out. It was one of the best decisions we could have made for our home. I would recommend Peaden to anyone!
