I had the AC unit guy come out to my house. He was very respectful, very kind, and very thorough about what he was going to do. I asked him to put a new echobee into my thermostat, thinking that would lower my electricity bill. He assured me that's not the case. I also need to repair my windows, but that's another story. He came on time. The app said he would be here for an hour and 45 minutes. He showed up probably just about 35 minutes. Everything went well, and yes, I would definitely recommend Peaden.
