Arrived on time and provided a quality service.
Alex and his trainee did an amazing job they went an extra step that your tech hasn't done was check a vent in my dinning room no tech has ever done that ……I was having a hard time holding down the opening door to remove my filter he put a couple little magnets to hold it down so I can slide my filter in or out…..plus he hosed down the outside unit whatever they hose and no other tech has done that. Probably because my hose isn't convenient but he had his own….I've been with Peaden since 1984. …..had lots of tech at my house but I felt he did the best!
Cory,Danny,Zachary,and Desi came out to relocate my water heater, all were very professional and easy to work with. Zachary and Desi re piped and relocated the water heater and ran new lines. They did a great job, very hard working and respectful of other's. I highly recommend PEADEN PLUMMING, ELECTRIC for all your household NEEDS. Especially ZACHARY AND DESI,OUTSTANDING JOB!
Logan came today to flush the hot water tank and check the plumbing. So nice, answered all my questions. 5 star as always! Thanks Logan.
The men that showed up to do the plumbing...running the gas line...and the electrical were very professional and explained everything they were going to do. Very pleasant to be around.
I had an issue with a buzzing sound when I turned in my heat pump, Kurt came out and fixed it right up. He was very professional and kind.
Victor came today to service my AC and he was very professional and explained everything to me in a way I understood. I want him to be my go to AC man. Great job!
We had two brand new A/C units delivered and installed today at our home. One was a 3 ton unit for downstairs, and a 2 ton unit for upstairs. Peaden texted us yesterday, and today about what time to expect them (@8:30 am). Two Vans, and three technicians; Clay, Colby, and Terry provided exceptional service!! They were all great!! They put a protective "runner" in the area they were to work, and kept things very clean and orderly. Our Point of Contact for the job, our salesman, Zachary Leonard, who was Fantastic, told us to expect the installation crew to take about 8 to 9 hours to install the 2 New A/C units…it took them about 6 hours!! We were very impressed and satisfied with their work!! Clay helped me with the New Thermostat which is a Honeywell T6 Pro WiFi controller which is so capable!! Great work Guys!! Thanks so very much!!
Chris & Taylor did an excellent job installing the new wiring & panel. In addition, Nate & Max provided great evaluation services the day prior. Highly recommended
Very satisfied and a very respectful person
We have been in our home six years now and to say we struggled to find consistent, reliable and trustworthy service for our A/C would be accurate. We finally asked our neighbors and they gave us a VERY strong recommendation for Peaden. We encountered five different Peaden employees starting with Stephanie to schedule. Jamie was the first to arrive as our service technician and was extremely competent and likable. He gave us detailed pictures and explanations and compared all three of our units. It became clear one of those units was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. Next to arrive was Zach who gave us many detailed proposals, answered all our questions and secured us a very fair price, based on what we had previously seen. Finally, Nick and Jake came for the install and were efficient, fun to be around and clearly knew what they were doing. The proof is in the attached pictures and the cold air pumping out of our system. Everyone involved was incredible and we are so grateful to have found Peaden. We are now elite program members and highly recommend Peaden for your next A/C service!
