We called Peaden Air Conditioning when our AC unit gave us trouble, and they responded quickly. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The technician (Kolton) arrived as communicated, thoroughly checked our unit, and explained the problem in a way that was easy to understand.
What impressed us most was that he didn't push us toward one solution. Instead, he laid out our options and walked us through the pros and cons for each. The team gave us what we needed to make the best decision for us. That kind of honesty and transparency is hard to find.
