Peaden came out and solved my issue quickly. It turned out to be minor, and they were reassuring. Great job as always.
This week I had 3 different services.
Monday Zachary came and turned off / disconnected my air handler, at request, simple job, but he was friendly and answered any of my hvac questions.
Tuesday Michael came to service my water heater, he arrived and waited patiently for me to get home about 15min and was a very kind gentleman; turned out with his knowledge and skills he explained the age of my water heater was 21years old and I didn't even know. He found the sticker for the age and explained why they won't service a water heater w the age and my lack of prior service knowledge, he explained it's set up was not up to code. So he guided me through the process and cost of replacing my water heater and having the ability to finance it for 18mos interest free through green sky w peaden was a win. He also checked water shut offs through out my home and checked the breaker and tested for the power to the water heater. He was very thorough in his estimate.
Tuesday Jeremy came to install my water heater about 2pm and was done at 3:40 just minutes before I got home. He was very efficient and knowledgeable on his trade, showed me where to cut power and shut off water. I went from a 21yr old water heater w plastic drip pan and materials to metal and brass fixtures that will last. My water heater is up to code and they cleaned up well.

Peaden came out the same day and put our minds to ease. Travis Gunn, plumbing, did a very thorough assessment and made a plan to get our needs meet. 10/10 would recommend!
