Amber arrived as pla, listened and assessed the issue on hand and dove into making it no longer an issue. During Amber's time in and around our home, she remained focused and professional while maintaining essential communication with us throughout the repair process. Amber and all Peaden staff are always welcome back. Never a problem and should one arise, I trust it will be rectified without further visits, and that is why I trust Peaden before the rest!!!

Had a new HVAC system installed by Peaden today. They provided me with fast, convenient and professional service. My Installer/Technician was Jabari Richardson. He was very professional, knowledgeable, fast and friendly. He took his time to show me the problems, offer me different solutions and made sure I understood the choices I had. I chose to have my unit replaced instead of repaired because it was so old. Jabari called his office and had them to send someone to my home to talk finances and stayed with me until he got there. Michael came and it took no time at all to get the finances completed on yesterday and this morning at 9AM just like he said he would Jabari and another Installer Matthew came and worked continuously until they got my new HVAC system installed and working like a charm! It took no time for my home to go from 84 degrees; hot and uncomfortable to cool and cozy! I highly recommend Peaden, Jabari, Matthew and Michael for a job well done!! From the the phone call to Peaden and speaking to Louann that answered the phone, to Michael for handling the paperwork and the financing, to my Installers-Jabari and Matthew, a great big thank you for making my home comfortable again and in record time!! I highly recommend this company, especially Jabari!!!????
Kolton was my tech and he was fast and intelligent when it came to my mini split. The service fee was acceptable. He offered me a few options and some information regarding an affordable maintenance program.
Technician came on time and kept me informedon what he was doing. Very satisfied.
