Frederich was friendly polite and knowledgeable. The only minus was him trying to get me to buy services that I don't need, but I think that is driven by managers/owners at Peaden.

CJ did an amazing job replacing a 40 amp breaker, servicing an exhaust fan motor in our hallway bathroom, he replaced the back porch outlet and cover, and installed a W/P outlet bubble cover on an outlet on the front porch. Definitely a 5-star service.
Peaden's electrician, Tim Lowers really helped us out of a tight spot with our circuit board/breaker. Professional, timely, and FRIENDLY!!! Thank you Peaden! Another excellent provider from your service.
9/9/25 Ms. Amber Bender came to fix my HVAC (again—last year she helped us as well). I was so happy to see that she was the technician come to help us! Amber is so pleasant and very professional in her service. We have only lived in the area a little over the year and Peaden service has been wonderful every time from HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. I would also like to say that Ms. Valerie at the Peaden service center was so friendly and actually got Amber out to our house same day (after 5 pm) within a few minutes of contacting Peaden about my HVAC problem!!! I know this can't happen every time but WOW!!! Thank you so much Peaden
9/10/25 Mr. Wesley Roger's Peaden electrician came out and provided electrical service to our existing outside outlet installing a (proper) shielded GFI switch. Excellent service and professional—thank you sir, and thank you Peaden (again). 5-star service!
9/24/25 Ms. Amber Bender provided excellent service this visit servicing our HVAC unit, deep cleaning the evaporator coil, and installing much improved Pristine hospital grade polarized media air cleaners to replace our standard air filters! Amber is awesome. We value Peaden and their professional team. Thanks again. 5-star service!
12/11/25 Mr. Trey Benard was excellent. He spent many hours servicing both our HVAC main unit and our mini-split upstairs. We took a power surge that burned up our breaker and the outside unit compressor (advice: get a surge protector on your box—we didn't have this in place, but we will)! Luckily he was able to restore us some heat from the main unit under the house. He spent a great deal of time explaining the issues and did not leave us with any unanswered questions. Extremely polite and very professional. Thanks again Peaden!!
12/11/25 (same day as above). Mr. Jeremy Courtney installed a bathtub for us this morning which was quite the job given the bathroom space constraints but he made it work and without issue. Excellent service and very professional. Again, thank you Peaden!
12/12/25 Dickenson Desmornes installed a power surge protector on our electrical panel (highly recommend!). He was professional and the job was quick. Excellent service!!
12/12/25 HVAC tech Jase Armstrong installed a new HVAC compressor on our unit. Tedious job but he got us going back with heat and air in a few hours. Excellent service and a quality professional. Expect the best from Peaden!
