Wei did excellent work re wiring and setting up our smart home thermostat and informing us on the heating and cooling system in our new Florida home! He spent extra time explaining using the app and setting it up to our WiFi.

So, it's just day 1, as Shawn and James installed my new Rheem ac/heat system today. But I can already tell you that they were on time, cleaned up everything, and the system is heating and cooling properly. Everything appears to be done correctly. Time can only tell, but I called 4 different companies for quotes. I was looking for a Rheem system, so called 4 companies that all carried Rheem. In comparing apples to apples, Peaden quoted me the best price. I felt very comfortable with my initial salesman, Carson. He answered all of my questions and was helpful in making my decision. I did my homework since this was an expensive purchase. But I feel comfortable with my decision. I saw that Peaden had lots of great reviews, and that helped with my decision. Check back with me in a year or so. If I have any issues with service or the system, I'll be sure to update my review. But first impression has been good.
I had my HVAC system replaced. I live in an older condo building where the wiring setup dictates my purchase options. I appreciated the time Mike and Mark spent during the consultation and quote review to explain the different options so I could make an informed decision about which unit to purchase. The install was the very next day and the 3 techs were great. Keith, David and Dustin were on time, communicated throughout the process, and cleaned up after themselves like they were never there. This is my second experience with Peaden and had the same great service from Mark and Keith previously on a smaller job. I also want to compliment the scheduling team for passing along detailed notes prior to the initial consultation. It's generally good sign and makes the service experience better when all the departments are communicating internally.

Peaden offered a "free" sewer inspection. My house cleanout plug is brass and needed a special tool to remove. Unfortunately, Tech(Adam) did not have that tool. Nonetheless, he tried very hard (and numerous alternatives) to remove the plug but was unable. Adam was very professional and also apologized for not being able to provide the service he drove out to perform.
Kyle is great and, he takes time to care about our needs.
Very nice young man and very knowledgeable at his trade. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
