Was such a great experience to have a technician so pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. He explained and answered all my questions. He also informed me of preventative needs to protect my 3-year-old unit. Can't ask for a better employee/ technician!
Your telephone operators were very good as well. Explained what to expect and what needed to be done for the best service. So pleasant and friendly to talk with.

Casey and his associate did a good job yesterday as they installed a new water system at my house. The temperature was right at 100 degrees but they managed to get everything installed and up and running! The equipment looks like a space age science project! I am certain that the new system is much more efficient!

Zachary Brock was fabulous today.
The technicians are always on time and very professional. Prices for service are very reasonable. The Smart Care membership program is great for after hours service calls. I highly recommend Peaden for all your A/C, electrical and plumbing needs.

Jeffrey from Peaden was excellent. He explained all of his findings and recommendations thoroughly. He was a very pleasant and professional young man.
The HVAC MAINTENANCE rep Dane was professional and thorough and explained everything that was going to be done throughout the process of cleaning and checking my HVAV. He did it in a timely fashion and then provided options where I needed to possibly needed to repair parts of my ductwork and other areas.I would definitely recommend him. He could not have been nicer and more professional. Thank you to the entire Peaden team. I could not be more pleased!
