Technician, Wei Zhao, was out today to perform the 6 month check up on our new system. As has been the case with everyone we've encountered, he was courteous and gave a full review of the check up findings and any recommendations. We continue to have a positive experience with this company and highly recommend them.

Wei came and did a duct work review and inspection of the A/C unit. Did and excellent job. He showed me pictures of everything and explained thoroughly what could be done and gave me several options for repairs. Looks like I may be better off replacing everything instead of repairing it. Getting an estimate as I'm typing. Thanks for the exceptional work Wei.
