I have used Peaden a couple of times over the last year and I have to say every experience was phenomenal from start to finish! Their professional, timely, courteous, and reasonable in price. To me they truly focus on the complete customer experience. I will be using them in future and when I do, I will specifically ask for James Chapman! His second to none!
I have to add that Aiden Merriss is AMAZING! He came out on Saturday last minute to diagnos an issue and even though this repair was moved to someone else, he STILL continued to followup with me and help! ABSOLUTELY amazing customer service

Tommy Lee was awesome! Really appreciate how professional he was and his patience explained the problems that were found and the solutions he could offer.
