So glad to have Vincent S. come out to the house today. We were experiencing some leaking from the bathroom faucet and once we had fixed that, suddenly the toilets (not back to back) and the shower were backing up. We tried really hard to solve the problem on our own and ended up calling a different service initially that said they'd see us that day, but more than 24 hours later not even a "sorry we couldn't make it." Meanwhile I called Peaden around 11:00 am today and was able to be helped thankfully by 1:30ish pm ???????? Highly recommend for stellar service, Peaden will be who we call moving forward!
I had a complete HVAC system installed in my home, not only was the system reasonably and competitively priced, but everyone from the consultant, Mr. Todd Gibson, who was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional and explained and answered all our questions and made it easy to make a decision to the installers, Shiloh and Blake who were also very friendly, professional and did a great job installing both units and explained everything they did step by step. Both my wife and I had a very pleasant experience during the accomplishment of this project. We will gladly use Peaden for any future projects and definitely will recommend to others.
Prompt, professional and thorough. They really worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. You might pay a little more, but as with everything, you pay for what you get.
The repair technician was awesome. He was on time, extremely professional walk through every step and fixed the problem in a short period of time. I would highly recommend them.
