Scheduled service online late last night for for today. Tech was here at 8:45, and diagnosed the issue quickly. Ended up getting a new air handler and condenser. All installed same day in 3 hours. They were efficient, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. I never felt pressured to purchase, but the price was reasonable and within my budget. I would recommend Peaden for any hearing and cooling needs!!

Winston was my service guy from Peaden. Very nice young man. He kept me updated on arrival and arrived on time. Was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained what the problem was with my electrical and replaced it. Answered all my questions and offered other services they have as well. Thanks Peaden!
I called up Peaden to have my mini split supply and air line cut down and reinstall. I also needed them to vacuum and charge the system for me. The technician came to my house and provided me with I think was a reasonable quote. Once technician was done my mini split was blowing cold air. Excellent customer service.
Cameron completed my AC check up today. He did a great job explaining the process and offering recommendations in a friendly manner. I appreciate the time he took on the AC checkup and explanations to me. Thank you Cameron.
