Peaden AC maintenance was done by John Rodgers today (11/20/24) I have never been so impressed by the thorough service he did. Most of the other servicemen are gone within 30 minutes and don't do a fourth of what John did. John gave me several pointers into keeping my AC unit running at peak performance. John will be requested for my next service. Peaden should be honored to have such a qualified technician working for their organization.

I called Peaden for a plumbing issue on a Saturday night. By Sunday morning at 9 am they were at my home ready to work. Breanna Watts was kind, professional, and explained everything. She didn't upsell anything or drag anything out. The whole experience was just about an hour total. Pricing is fair and reasonable - there is no hidden fees or extras. And no additional costs for weekend emergencies. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will definitely be calling them if anything is needed.
Peaden was called in to update a quote for some central air duct repair and maintenance we requested a year ago. We're now in the position to follow through with the work. I am happy with their work performed on AC, plumbing, and electrical in our home for the last couple of years.
