Preston and Blake did an exceptional job today doing extensive work on our hvac system. They were courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and Peaden. The whole process from scheduling to work completion was easy and pleasant

Justin Stevens and Brian Luciano provided exceptional customer service and were very knowledgeable! They were thorough and explained things in a very digestible way. Would definitely recommend.
Tyler was excellent! He was very thorough, informative, friendly, and knowledgeable. He showed me video footage of what the problem was and gave great detail of what repairs are needed.
The icing on the cake is receiving an email with all of the information we discussed, so I can read over it and make sure I fully comprehend what was discussed.

Paul was very knowledgeable and explained everything extremely well, he presented me with some options but did not put any pressure to do anything, he's a local boy, as am I, he's a fine young man. Take care of him because good help is so hard to find these days

Outstanding group of worker. When a team member shows up at your front door you will have already received a call making you aware they are on the way and what time they will arrive like Jonah H did for me on December 3, 2019.
After the work was completed Johan went over the work he performed in detail and if there was something I didn't understand Johan made sure before he went on to the next item that I understood.
If anyone need there Air Conditioner service/repaired at Peaden ask for Johan H he will get the job done.
David was polite, courteous and responsive! Something we did not get with the AC company we used to replace our entire AC unit last year. He took care of our problem and kept me informed. He reassured me that should we have any problems, we could call him and he would take care of us. This was most comforting given we have renters in our place right now while we are 4 states away. It's nice to be a customer of Peaden Air and especially a customer of David's!
