June 9th 2026 visit: Another visit after the new system was installed to make sure everuthing was running great. Paul Jones was the service tech. This guy knew his stuff. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. January 2026: Peaden did an excellent job on the installation of my new system. Their attention to detail was top notch! It has been a very long time where a business and their people care about their name. These individuals were honest, hard working, and didn't leave until the job was completed and done right. I am so glad I called Sarah for an estimate. She walked me through everything. She really knows her stuff and is not only personable but very professional. Preston, Blake, Cooper, and Zackary were awesome installing my system. The teamwork these people displayed was really nice to see in this day when that kind of character is rare. Great job Peaden for hiring the right people for the job. You now have a trusted customer for life. Other businesses could learn a lot from you. I for one am thankful and have peace of mind knowing I got what I paid for and more. Thank you!

Aiden was a doll! He showed up on time and found the problem with my a/c pretty quickly. He had the parts available to do the repair the same day. He presented all of my options to me with clear explanation and answered all of my questions. Peaden for the win!

Technician checked the problem showed me how to use the circuit box and explained how to better utilize my grinder pump.

A/C breaker kept tripping at 300pm so not wanting to sleep in sweatbox, I gave Peaden a call. Within 30 minutes, Shawn Hollis showed up, solved the problem, and was gone. 45 minutes from phone call to a nice cool house. Thank you, Peaden and Shawn for the usual prompt and friendly service!
