John Rodgers and Ryan Coron, are the two techs that came for my annual ac unit tune-up. They quickly discovered an issue that could cause major health problems down the road. They immediately provided information and resolution options to remedy the issue. Their professional attitude and attention to detail are what make good techs great.

Fredrick arrived at my home Friday afternoon to assist with an AC problem. He was professional and courteous. He asked questions and listened to all I had to say. He then evaluated the system, inside and out, taking notes. Next he sat down with me and took the time to draw a picture, illustrating the problem. He would make a great educator as he seemed extremely knowledgeable. After our discussion, he set up an appt for me to meet w another team member to discuss replacement vs repair. I am on the preventive program and was so pleased that Fredrick arrived within 1 hour of my call to report the problem. There was no charge for the evaluation as it is part of the program I pay for. I am very impressed by the professionalism of everyone I have met with Peaden. I appreciate their honesty and look forward to a long term relationship with this company. Ty, Fredrick.
