Outstanding group of worker. When a team member shows up at your front door you will have already received a call making you aware they are on the way and what time they will arrive like Jonah H did for me on December 3, 2019.
After the work was completed Johan went over the work he performed in detail and if there was something I didn't understand Johan made sure before he went on to the next item that I understood.
If anyone need there Air Conditioner service/repaired at Peaden ask for Johan H he will get the job done.
Preston and Blake did an exceptional job today doing extensive work on our hvac system. They were courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them and Peaden. The whole process from scheduling to work completion was easy and pleasant

We have been with Peaden for a little over 4 years now. They have always provided top quality office staff / coordinators, technicians & services throughout that entire timeframe, without fail. Today, we had the opportunity to have Nathan Johnson as our HVAC tech who absolutely kept the trend going. From our first meeting he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable, patient and respectful. Explained in great detail the condition of our system, identifying deficiencies, defects as well as the impacts those are having now and in the future as well as recommendations & options for resolving those. Once agreed upon, he immediately got to work and was extremely hard working & thorough for each and every phase. Installed Hard start kit, UV light bulb replacement, removed & cleaned blower assembly & unclogged & cleaned drain. Very impressive. For the areas requiring cleaning, made those areas look like new. Thank you so much Nathan and Peaden for all you do! Very much appreciated! ????
