Outstanding professionalism by the entire Peaden team. Starting with the first call to have my A/C unit looked at. Peaden got me on the schedule same day. Zack Belk diagnosed my problem and discussed options with me. I wanted to go with replacement and Todd Gibson gave me several options to choose from. Explaining them thoroughly. The installation team was also very professional and treated my home with care. Overall, Peaden exceeded my expectations!
Mark came out today and while the news wasn't great, as I have to replace ac unit, I am confident in Peaden, Todd and Mark in getting this nightmare situation created by another local ac company finally fixed. Thanks Y'all!!
