His background combines nearly 30 years of financial and operational experience with direct experience in the skilled trades beginning in 2018, when he entered commercial electrical subcontracting after six years of owning and operating a construction business.

At Peaden, Ryan focuses on building repeatable systems that help teams deliver consistent residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service. His responsibilities include aligning field leadership with sound business processes, improving operational consistency across branches, and supporting the teams responsible for scheduling, dispatch, customer communication, and financial performance.
