We used Peaden to install a new Ecobee thermostat. Very impressed with this company starting with the receptionist who was so helpful and nice. We love the texts and emails. Very prompt replies and service. Parker our technician was very professional and knowledgeable and got the thermostat installed quickly. Would definitely use again. We also like that we received a text with Parker’s name and information prior to his arrival!! Five star service

Our heating went out the night prior, Peaden was able to come out the following morning. The capacitor and heat strips got fixed the same day. Professional service and polite. Sawyer, our servicer, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our unit is old and Matthew, sales, was also professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The charge for our service was more than fair considering the age of our unit and we were never pushed into doing anything. Sawyer and Matthew on a scale of 1-10 deserve higher than 10. When I called for help yesterday, I spoke with Jessica who is also professional and friendly. Kudos to Peaden for hiring the best team. I highly recommend them if you need service or a new unit.
