Both of the plumbers/technicians that came to my mom’s house were very professional and personable. They went were awesome helping my 80 year old mother. They cleared the block in the drain (took a while because of all of the sludge in the tank) when trying to empty the water, then they placed the drain pan, not leave until the pan was under the hot water heater and the water was running again.

My brother and I both would like like to thank you very much for your professionalism!! Great job!!!

When we choose a company to come into our home to fix a problem, whether it be plumbing, air-conditioning, etc. we are all hoping to find a company that we can trust to get the job done but also a company that stands behind their work and truly cares for their customers. And in Today’s day and age these can be hard to find. A lot of companies nowadays just care about making the Almighty buck. We are all looking for a company we can trust that will treat us like they would treat their own family Member if they needed help fixing a problem . Well this is exactly what I found with Peaden. I had a plumbing problem which took quite a few visits to finally fix. Through the experience, I was able to see that Peaden not only stands behind their work but truly, does care to make sure you are 100% satisfied. They literally went above and beyond what I have ever seen any company do to be sure I was totally satisfied. Well to say the least, I was very happy to find a company like Peaden. I’m not usually one to write a review and I’ve kind of got long-winded on this one, but I wanted to let you know if you are looking for this kind of company go to Peaden you’ll be glad you did I was!

Great experience with Peaden today. Called and they fit me in on the day of and the technician showed up earlier than expected. TJ was courteous,, friendly, and exceeded expectations on fixing the leak fast and efficiently. Will be calling again in the future for any other issues.

The service, patience, and professionalism we received from all Peaden team members was outstanding. Cody and Mike worked all day replacing our unit and making sure it was up to code. It looks like a work of art. They made sure the house stayed clean and kept us knowledgeable of every step. Terrific product replaced quickly for a great price with amazing customer service.
