I have been a Peaden customer for many, many years. My most recent service tune up was completed this morning. My home has two AC systems, a standard heat pump and a mini-split in my family room. My service technician, Spencer Harwood, was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. He serviced both AC systems and reviewed the test data with me upon completion. He was very efficient and cleaned up after himself as well. Spencer is an amazing technician, he has serviced both of my systems in the past and I will likely request him again for future maintenance calls! I am very happy with the service I received from Peaden and Spencer Harwood today and highly recommend the service to others!
