Did a routine HVAC maintenance check up today with Eli Perez and he did an outstanding job. I recommend him to anyone who has HVAC issues. He took his time explaining everything and had good customer service.
Our technician Chris stayed in contact with us to keep updated on his arrival time. When he arrived he asked if we had any concerns that he could address, and then did a complete inspection on both our HVAC units. Chris provided a comprehensive assessment of the systems and provided some very useful maintenance tips. In addition we asked him to look at some additional equipment and he contacted the office to provide a quote.
Chris was very thorough and professional, and extremely pleasant to work with.

From calling Peaden office, to the person answering the phone(sorry forgot name), to Mefford arriving at our gate took under an hour. Found the problem in less than 10 min.,Thank you. Then there was the explanation of what was found and what should be done to rectify the problem.

Amber was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was also personable. She made sure I had heat tonight by improvising a workaround to get my system running until a part can be ordered to fix it completely.
Preston and Blake did a fantastic job installing new ductwork in our attic. They were professional, kind with our dog, timely, and thoughtful with protecting our bed and floors, and cleaning up afterwards. Great job! Thank you!
