Jay was very nice and professional, he came out timely and diagnosed our problems, gave us a detailed quote and said it was good for 30 days. He was very helpful in trouble shooting some issues and I would definitely recommend him and would look forward to working with him in the future. He set us up with a membership which honestly is a great investment for your home as a home owner.
Without a doubt amazing service and technicians. Samuel was the technician working on our place and he was amazing, professional and took time to fully explain everything. So I would highly recommend him and the service provided.
Matthew was very pleasant, honest, professional and efficient. Highly recommend Peaden and Matthew. It seems that Peaden hires the best in industry, we always get great people from them but Matthew stood out even in that crowd!
No power to my thermostat. Peaden responded to my house within 2 hours. Turned out there were fried wires in the outdoor condenser that caused a short. Jamie was great, diagnosed and fixed it within an hour.
Brian with Peaden's HVAC division came out this evening to repair a problem with our HVAC system after it suddenly stopped working earlier in the day. Brian has worked on our equipment before and has always provided us with top notch service. He found the problem quickly, made the repairs and got our system working like new again. We have always been impressed with Brian's expertise , knowledge and personal service.

The first thing I want to say is Thank You for having someone to answer the phone and process a job request after hours. I get so exasperated in having to deal with chat bots, typing every little comment and it taking forever to be understood. Nothing works better than conversing with another person to ensure that the problem is understood & an action has been taken.Thank You!
Jeremy was very nice and did a very good job of explaining the problem and the course of action needed to resolve it. He was thorough and set everything up for the first available time. It was a pleasure to do business with him.
