Zachary was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed it, fixed it so that it would work temporarily (until replacement parts arrive), and explained exactly how to install when they come in. Fantastic experience for me. He will be my go to HVAC person moving forward.
I had a great experience with Donald! He was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly. On top of his professionalism and kind conversation with me he was also sweet with our very nosey dog, which definitely earned extra points in our house! Highly recommend and would absolutely use him again.
The service technician, Chris, sent a courtesy text to let us know he was in route to our house within 30 minutes. The routine service check for HVAC system to make sure all was working smoothly. Unfortunately, the unit is only three years old but the float switch is no longer working. The technician was thorough in explaining the function of the part and the risks of not having it repaired. He did an assessment of what needed to be repaired, the awareness of risks, and prices. It is unfortunate that the float switch and the circuit box is not under warranty and would be money out of pocket. Nevertheless, it does not take away from the technician's professionalism and kindness. Always appreciate the work you all do at Peaden. -George Conner
