Great Experience - two service calls
AC-Kurt (Monday)
Water Heater-John (Tuesday)

Both got here quickly and started checking the respective system. Both were courteous, friendly and professional.

AC:
Kurt checked the system thoroughly, flushed the condensation line, replaced the capacitor and gave us a detailed/prioritized list of what needed to be done.

Hot water heater:
Although it's working fine, John explained our options for replacing it (since it ten yrs old).
He provided detailed information on what would be involved in bringing it up to code and an estimate of the job to replace it.

Both were Very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Dakota and Respect arrived earlier than anticipated. They introduced themselves. They explained what they would be doing. Respect worked on the air conditioning unit outside and Dakots worked on the inside unit. They were quieter than I expected. It took them 6 hours working together. The unit runs so quiet. It could feel the cooling almost immediately. Such a difference between the old unit and this one. They did a great job.
