The gentleman who repaired my air conditioner were great. They were very knowledgeable and took great care to explain everything to me.
From the moment the phone was answered I received Excellent friendly service. They were here and I had cold air blowing within a few hours. Technician Amber went above and beyond to ensure everything was repaired and safe so we could have a working air conditioner. She explained everything she was doing and why. She even chatted with my son and I about the recent storm etc. Her customer service and skills are top notch. 10/10 recommend. And the price was very reasonable for repair as well. Definitely will be a long term customer!
