Jakob came by 6/1 replaced the outlet behind my stove. Very professional, polite and fast. We are very pleased with our services.
Matthew Cox was very professional. He asked about our issues and then provided the best service. He was able to address all the issues and provide a a reasonable quote to get everything fixed.
Samuel came out today for maintenance. He was very polite and explained everything he was doing and what I needed to do.

Forest was very kind and patient. He definitely went above what was the usual needed to do his job. Peadens is fortunate to have him work for and represent the company.
Nathan Johnson was our tech today. He was wonderful! Obviously knowledgeable, he was easy to talk to and explained things so they were easily understandable. I can't say enough good things about his expertise and professionalism. He worked on all three of my houses that I keep in the Peaden program. All I can say, is that I hope he will be our tech again! And so do my tenants!

Well it was time to suck it up and pay the piper. Had to get a new more efficient HVAC system for the house. Having dealt with them before we called the Pros at Peaden. Cody and Chris were our installers today. Both of these gentlemen were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They did address any questions and concerns about our install that we had and we were also able to get to know them personally. Also they left the area where they were working looking better than before they showed up. While our install did take the better part of a day , it was nice to know that the job being performed was done with precision, great care and detail to insure the highest quality work done required in this business. We thank these gentlemen for their work and Peaden for providing them to us to get out from under the brutal Florida heat & humidity.
