Exceptional work ethics and follow through!
Outstanding service from Peaden, especially Garrison! Our AC went out on a hot Friday afternoon, and Peaden delivered on their promise by sending someone out the very same day. Garrison arrived, diagnosed the issue within minutes, and had everything up and running in under half an hour. Truly a lifesaver—prompt, highly skilled, and professional. 5 stars all the way!
William Bass was polite and professional. He was easy to talk with and answered my questions with logical responses. It'd be great to have him assigned to our next scheduled service maintenance due in six month.

Nathan was a super great technician. He got to the source of the problem quickly and made sure I got the help I needed.
We had some plumbing issues and called Peaden. Michael C came out the next morning and fixed our toilet. We also joined their club, which was a good thing because our AC stopped working. Carson has been with me every step of the way. My credit isn't great so it took a little while to secure financing for the full AC, but the next day after we got the funds we now have a cool comfortable home. Carson, Dakota, Obelisi and Elijah were professional and clean. We're Peaden customers for life!! *Update 9/18/26, had a sensor go out in the unit, Gavin came out, got fixed up, iredered the part, and educated us on how humidity gets into the house and steps we can take to prevent it. Thank you Gavin, and thank you Peaden!
