Jamie 3-27-23 Customer states that condenser is not running. Performed diagnostic and found that condenser is not running due to bad Contactor. Replaced single pole Contactor under parts and labor warranty. Checked system operations and pressures. Recommend having system cleaned. Customer stated that he will call the office if he decides on a membership.

Peaden installed this 3 zone multi head Daikin mini split back in December of last year and this is our second trip out for the same issue. Upon arrival units were down with only a green indicator blinking light on all 3 indoor heads. We cycled power to all three units after removing panels on outdoor unit to get a visual on the board and other components which there wasn’t anything that could be seen to alert us of a possible issue. We restored power and ran the units for 30 minutes with no problems arising. The pressures were in range and all 3 indoor units were cooling up to manufacturer specifications. I spoke with the homeowner and told her I suspected possible power surge problem as there was nothing else that I could find during diagnostics that would cause the units to behave like they were upon my arrival. I did advise her to contact the power company to run some tests on their end and also gave options for surge protection but said it may not fix the issue but still wanted

Minor repairs to tankless and other fixtures in home

ChrisA 3-27-23 no cool , nothing turning on when trying to cool Performed diagnostics on system. Checked thermostat & system operations. Cycled system in heat and cool modes. Inspected filter, drain pan and evaporator coil. Tested the drain line and discovered the drain line to be clogged resultin in the ez trap to tripcausing in a loss in 24v to the thermostat. Cleared condensate line and Poc approved. Cleared condensate line and flushed with 1gl water. Checked air flow for supply and return. Acquired amp draws of all components. Found the compressor to be pulling high a,ps on start up. Recommended a hard start kit to reduce the start up amps therefore extending the life of the compressor, customer approved. Installed hard start kit and has now reduced the start up amps. Verified operable and secure before departing. Inspected all wire & wire connections. Checked capacitance of all capacitor’s. Garrett 3/27/23 Inspected system in heat and cool. Checked amps thoroughly throughout system, inside and out. Checked auxiliary heat for proper and safe operation. Sprayed rinse less cleaner on evap coil. Rinsed condenser coil off with fresh water. Inspected capacitor and contactor, monitored voltage, low and high, through system cycling. Changed filter, cleared condensation line and primed with warm water and chlorine drain tablets.

Lee 3-27-23 One system tune up and inspection Membership status: ESSENTIALS Upon arrival, customer said that ever since the new system was installed that he is having issues with the two far bedrooms properly cooling. I inspected the duct system for any loose connections or kinked flex hoses. I did not see any signs of damage to the ductwork upon inspection. After speaking to management, I will have an appointment scheduled for me and Jason Noyes to come back out here and help me achieve a better diagnosis of the system. For the air handler: Took temperature splits, measured the amps coming into the blower motor, inspected the blower wheel, inspected and cleaned the evaporator coil, flushed the drain line, cleaned the condensation pan, left chlorine tablets inside the condensation pan, tested the float switch if present. replaced the air filter if needed, inspected the thermostat, reset the thermostat to its original setting. 3:07 Get the unit functioning again by replacing the contactor plus repairing the Wires for proper connection. After making the repair I further evaluated the unit and noticed the control board for the condensing geothermal portion Had a flawed Control board with damaged resistors. I need to place the control board on order for replacement and will return for replacement when it arrives. The inside unit has fungus growing inside of it, so I provided options To improve the situation.

Ran upstairs showers for 15 minutes. Noticed no water coming through first floor ceiling where water damage on wall and ceiling is. Noticed small leak on tub spout where adapter meets the copper stub out piping. Replaced and soldered brass adapter onto copper. Installed new tub spout. Found no other leaks. Showers caulking is good.

Bypassed system to energize reversing valve so the home would cool, however customer wants to call google themselves and attempt to reprogram the thermostat. Set system back to factory settings, built estimates but customer wants to continue with google. Left system down per customer. Service waived by office.

Plumbing inspection During plumbing inspection, I noticed both lavatory pop-up assemblies in master bath. Need replacing. Also provided upgrade for current washing machine by installing a pure wash system. I noticed upon outside area inspection that there was no hole home water shut off valve. I also provided an estimate to install the shut off valve with a 6 inch round box included. Performed plumbing inspection today. The customer has an electric tankless water heater. No valve kit underneath.

03/27/23 Jacob Performed evaluation on one system, checked amp draws, checked wiring, checked blower wheel, checked temperature splits, checked heat and cool, cleaned coils, cleaned and cleared drain line, replaced filter, checked capacitor. Discovered minor oxidization starting to show on copper lines leading to the outdoor unit, I do highly recommend adding corrosion grenade to help prevent possible corrosion that could happen to copper lines. For the indoor unit, didn’t see any potential issues at this time. System is running properly. Recommend corrosion grenade, and other device that will help with the systems health as in electrically. Customer didn’t approve anything at this time. Left system cooling at 77 degrees.

We will need to dig up pipe and install cleanouts to access sewer line as sewer line runs 270 ft from unit 7 in attempts to locate and remove cable.
