Service warranty Found the unit off and the drain clogged again as the homeowner stated she just recently had the unit installed and also recently had her drain cleaned and treatment tablets added to the drain pan, used my shop vacuum on the drain outlet while I forced pressure through the drain line at the air handler due to a firm clog in the line, I tried to blow out the drain initially but found nothing coming out, added non rinse cleaner then blew out the line while the shop vac sucked on the outlet, added a pvc 45 fitting on the outlet to better see the drip leg, system now operational and cooling properly as well as draining properly at this time
Came out to inspect receptacle that had given Mr.Marinos son a shock. Upon inspecting outlet I found that wiring is safe and outlet is showing grounded connection as well as having a ground fault breaker. I explained to Mr. Marino that with the wiring at the device being correct it is possible the equipment being plugged in may have had a faulty connection somehow and a prong could have been touched.
Main sewer line clog, septic. The main drain of the home was clogged and backing up into the home. The septic tank was cleaned prior to my visit we could eliminate that possible cause. I ran the drain machine through the downstream clean out by the tank. I instantly got 3 feet of roots on the end of my auger. From the clean out to the main issue was about 5 feet, tree roots. I was able after 20 minutes of grinding against the root ball, I was able to break through the clog. Once the clog was taken care of, I was able to run the drain machine all the way into the house. I ran it back through multiple times, until the water coming through the pipes stayed clear. Now all bathrooms flow. The kitchen sink is still slow to drain. I checked it out the best I could with the tools and resources available to me. My guess is that after sitting empty for 3-4 years, the drain has some dried up grease and other nasties that are slowing down the water. Homeowner is going to use some drain-o on it th
ChrisA diagn 7-24-21 no cool Found home at 70 degrees. Performed diagnostics on system. Checked thermostat and system operations. Inspected filter and evaporator coil. Cycled system in heat and cool modes. Acquired amp draws of all components. Hard start recommended. Inspected electrical wiring and wire connections. Checked airflow from supply vents. Checked drain line and pan. Inspected condenser and condenser coils. Checked capacitance of all capacitors. Found the 7.5 not discharging properly resulting in the condenser fan not to run and resulting in high head. Installed new cap. Checked safeties. Checked pressures and are within superheat. Checked temperature differentials. Did not find any issues with system at time of service. Left system to the customers preferred settings Recommend replacing the system due to its age, condition, efficiency, refrigerant type and repair costs.
We will provide 20 amp breaker and pull wiring into panel in order to connect to new breakers. We will pull #12 wire that has been run to the top of panel, down into the panel and connect to breaker to power the circuit. Panel has a lot of paint on buswork which could be causing faulty connections I have explained to customer that I will connect the breakers but he is aware that the paint is causing connection issues and could be a fire hazard. Also that by signing Peaden is not liable if a fire hazard were to arise.
Job was done properly recommended to customer a new tub/shower valve to repair leak customer didn’t want to go forward with replacement at this time.

Clogged drain line within system , blew out and check all operations of system . Enrolled customer in elite program and will contact cust on Monday to sch tune up .
Service Found the unit running and cooling but the homeowner stated her thermostat keeps intermittently losing display, checked and found water built up inside the aux drain port letting me know the drain was clogged, cleaned out the drain line and added treatment to the drain pan, made sure the drain outlet was draining properly in which it now is, system now clog free and operating properly at this time Cleaned soot from drain off the condenser coil as I used nitro to blow out the drain and it got on the coil, also gave the homeowner a few pointers on how to treat and maintain the drain line between her maintenance services
Jamie 7-24-21 (After hours) Customer states that system is not cooling. Performed diagnostic and found that condenser fan motor is bad, condenser capacitor is weak, and hard start is aged. Evaporator coil is heavily. Recommend replacing system due to age (14+ years), condition, and cost of repairs. Replacement consultation scheduled with Christian (Customer stated that he will most likely replace but has to speak with his wife).
Remove panel behind sink bar, not responsible for damages to panel or replace wood
ChrisA diagn 7-24-21 no cool 1st floor system installed yesterday. Customer stated cold air coming from return grill and didn’t seem to cool last night. Performed diagnostics on system. Checked thermostat and system operations. Inspected filter and evaporator coil. Cycled system in heat and cool modes. Acquired amp draws of all components. Inspected electrical wiring and wire connections. Checked airflow from supply vents. Verified indoor fan to be operable. Checked drain line and pan. Inspected condenser and condenser coils. Checked capacitance of all capacitors. Checked safeties. Checked pressures and found system achieving a 11 degree sub cooling. While looking over system and checking solder joints discovered the liquid line near condenser leaking. Verified leak with bubble soap. Explain to customer will reach back out to repair leak. Unable to duplicate any issues customer had system is running fine at this time. Checked temperature differentials and achieved a 17degree split.
Service Found the unit running but not cooling as well, checked the area where the unit was dripping water through the ceiling and found it has stopped today, went to the thermostat and found the unit only cooling down to 78 degrees, went up in attic area to inspect the indoor unit and Evaporator coil, found the unit was frozen and corrosion on the coil causing the leak in the system, turned the thermostat off in cooling then turned the fan to the on position to thaw out the coil, hooked up my shop vacuum to the drain outlet to help remove water inside the drain, turned the thermostat to test mode heat pump heat to thaw the remaining of the coil, after the coil was thawed out I hooked up gauges and found the charge low, added 4lbs of r410a into the system to correct the charge, put in a non stock order form to order the new Evaporator and contact the homeowner with availability and scheduling when part availability is known, noticed the unit has a 5 ton condenser but only a 4 ton air

Jamie 7-24-21 (After hours) Customer states that system is not cooling. Performed diagnostic and found that both evaporator coil and condenser coil are completely plugged causing the system to shut down on high head pressure. Chemically cleaned evaporator and condenser coil, checked pressure and system operations. System operating properly at this time.
Upon arrival found the unit operation. Think of unit with my cool cloud application found a blower motor f upon arrival found unit non-operation. Connected to unit with my cool cloud application found a blower motor fault While testing the blower motor and voltage I found no change in dc voltage when running blower in test mode. But unit was receiving high voltage . I ordered both the motor and blower for this system due to warranty .

Service warranty Came out to inspect the unit to see what issue the homeowner is having to get the cooling until we can get back out to install the new system the homeowner has agreed upon, initially found the unit cooling and maintaining 71 degrees but it felt like a humid 71 degrees, the homeowner stated that the drain line is not draining outside but has not cut the unit off but the system actually is running non stop since this morning, added treatment to the aux drain port on the furnace then used shop vac to clear the drain from the outlet, went to the condenser and found the coil dirty, cleaned the condenser coil after cleaning the drain line, checked the electrical and all was operational, checked the charge and found it low, added 1lb of r410a into the system, unit now operational and cooling properly at this time The homeowner was asking if the drain switch he paid for on the call before agreeing to have the unit installed was part of a standard install in which he thinks h
