Indoor Air Quality, Air Quality Testing and monitoring  and Duct Cleaning…

The problems caused by indoor air pollution can range from the aggravation of excessive dusting to debilitating health issues like allergies and asthma. Peaden has provided advanced professional solutions for indoor air quality issues for well over 20 years.

Your home comfort system does not produce dust, pollen, VOCs and mold. These pollutants come from somewhere else which is usually outside the home.  This is why we differ  in our approach to solving these problems. When a Peaden Air Quality Professional comes to your home, we start looking for the source of the problem rather than arbitrarily recommending what can be very expensive air cleaning and purification equipment .  If needed, we can install monitoring equipment to gather information over a few days to help diagnose specific issues including particulate, VOC (chemicals), humidity, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. Over time, we have solved more issues by eliminating the source than installing complex and expensive air purifiers and usually for a lot less money.

As for duct cleaning, we are NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaning Association) certified. This means we have met a high, ongoing standard of training as well as adhere to a code of ethics. Why? Simply put, 80% of the duct work in homes either does not need cleaning or would be damaged beyond repair of cleaning is performed. We inspect all duct work before we quote prices on cleanings.
